When you request a pickup or contact us, we collect:
- Your name and phone number and/or email address.
- The service you're interested in and anything you tell us about the job.
- Your pickup address (optional on the request form).
Our request form opens as a ready-to-send text message to 604-839-5397 — the details you enter are sent to us as a text message.
3. How we use it
To respond to your request, schedule and provide the service, and follow up about your booking. That's it.
4. What we don't do
We don't sell your information. We don't share it with third parties for marketing. We share it only when needed to provide the service, or when required by law.
5. Cookies
This website doesn't use accounts, advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Our host (Cloudflare) may set basic security cookies to keep the site running.
6. Storage and security
We keep your information only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal requirements, and we take reasonable steps to keep it secure.
7. Your rights
Under Canada's privacy laws (PIPEDA), you can ask to see the personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct it. Just call or text 604-839-5397.
