Terms of service.

1. Who we are

These terms cover trailer drop-off and full-service junk removal services provided by Squamish Junk Trailers ("we", "us"), serving Squamish, Britannia Beach and Whistler, BC. You can reach us at 604-839-5397. By booking a service, you agree to these terms.

2. Services and pricing

• Trailer drop-off: $300 + Dumping fees + GST, with 3 days included. Extra days are $25/day.
• Dumping: $300 per tonne, prorated to the actual scale weight of your load at the disposal facility.
• Full-service junk removal: $65 per cubic yard + GST, with a 3-yard minimum. Dumping is included.

We confirm your price before any work begins. Prices on this website are current, but the price we confirm with you at booking is the one that applies.

3. Booking

You can request a service through our online form, by text, or by phone. A booking is confirmed only after we follow up and confirm your date and time with you.

4. Payment

We accept e-transfer or cash. GST is extra on all prices. Payment is due when the job is complete — when the trailer is picked up, or when your full-service load is hauled away.

5. Trailer drop-off rules

• You never tow the trailer — we drop it off and pick it up.
• Maximum load 600 kg (0.6 tonne), level loads only.
• Concrete, soil, rock and other dense or heavy materials need our approval before loading — text us a photo if you're unsure.
• Load only household junk and items we've agreed to take. No hazardous materials (paint, chemicals, asbestos, fuels, propane tanks and the like). If you're unsure, ask first.
• You're responsible for what's loaded in the trailer. Items we can't legally dispose of may be left behind or subject to extra fees.
• Please make sure we have clear access to drop off and pick up the trailer.

6. Full-service junk removal

Our crew does the loading. Show us what goes, and we'll confirm the volume and the price before we start lifting. Dumping is included in the per-yard price.

7. Cancellation and rescheduling

There's no cancellation fee. If you need to cancel or reschedule, just let us know as soon as you can so we can offer the slot to someone else.

8. Liability

We're insured and WorkSafeBC covered. We're not responsible for pre-existing damage to your property, or for problems caused by restricted access or inaccurate information about the load. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your booking is the one that applies.
